Terms of Service

The service

Car Flip Finder monitors public vehicle listings, estimates market values and potential flip profit, and sends you alerts. It is an information tool: estimates are estimates, not appraisals, guarantees, or offers to buy or sell. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, inspections, and compliance with your state's vehicle sale and dealer-licensing laws.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One subscription is for your use; don't resell or share access outside your business.

Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, the service is $299 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. When you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping or redistributing our data feeds, no reverse engineering, no using the service to harass sellers, and no unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party platforms

Listings originate on third-party marketplaces. Those platforms have their own terms, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Availability of listings can change without notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that every deal is accurate, available, or profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
